  • Misa The c#m7(?5) on the verse sounds a little jarring to me on the midi. I dunno if it's just the way Hooktheory renders the chord, or if it's just off, but the song sounds a bit more accurate to me when I play it with g°/B? instead. That said, I'm not formally trained in music theory, and I may just be too used to the original version this song is a remix of (Princess Zelda's Rescue from a Link to the Past) in which the chord on the fifth bar is a G (or G/B) rather than a bm7.

  • Turbo It's a whole diminished Bb°7, with the E rather dim/muted on spectrum analysis, but it would have to be implied even if inaudible since the function is chromatic passing chord.
